Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Major Account Executive in the Netherlands to own a portfolio of large strategic customers and prospects. You will drive value from GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, win new enterprise accounts, and expand footprints with a consultative approach.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and work with customers to ensure successful adoption and expansion, while sharing insights with product and marketing teams. Remote role as eligible.

Qualifications

Experience selling into highly complex organizations.
Track record of exceeding quota.
Strong communication and presentation skills (C-level).
Experience with solution selling and value-based positioning.
Understanding of Git, software development tools, and lifecycle mgmt.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead GitLab's major accounts from pre- to post-sales.
Coordinate across solutions architects, customer success, services, marketing, executives, partners.
Develop opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota.
Respond to customer needs with value-based proposals and presentations.
Create account plans and formal quotes for stakeholders.
Coordinate pre- and post-sales resources for rollout and adoption.
