Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Dev Tools based in the Netherlands. You will lead two specialized teams building essential tools for Ethereum developer workflows, defining the technical roadmap and aligning priorities across teams.

You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, leadership, and open-source communities to advance developer tooling and infrastructure powering blockchain deployments.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of direct engineering management experience
• 6+ years of technical leadership experience
• Strong software engineering background with scalable architecture
• Experience guiding code reviews, architecture reviews, and product launch assessments
• Proven ability to manage MVPs, milestones and dependencies
• Balance technical depth with people management
• Experience hiring and evaluating engineering talent
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a distributed team

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction across two engineering teams (Hardhat and EDR)
• Own broader product vision and technical roadmap
• Guide projects from planning to release
• Define MVPs, milestones, feasibility, and dependencies
• Promote scalable, maintainable architectures and assess risks
• Lead two teams with ~4 and ~3 engineers, supporting growth
• Foster autonomous, accountable, collaborative remote culture
• Develop hiring, performance reviews, and career development frameworks
• Coordinate priorities and align with broader organizational goals
• Engage with leadership, product stakeholders, and open-source communities
• Communicate objectives, progress, and milestones clearly
• Champion developer ecosystem impact and long-term tooling needs
• Maintain lightweight processes for fast decision-making
