WeTravel is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on Developer Experience to make it fast and easy for engineers to build, test, deploy, and operate software. You’ll work on internal platform tooling, CI/CD, and self‑service infrastructure, with primary customers being product engineers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in developer tooling or platform engineering.
• 2+ years in a Developer Experience (DevEx) team building internal tooling.
• Strong software engineering skills and experience building tools and automation.
• Deep experience with CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven ability to identify developer pain points and create self-service tooling.
• Good understanding of production reliability, observability, and incident response.
• Excellent communication and hands-on mindset with bias toward action.

Aufgaben

• Develop and improve internal tooling and platform to reduce friction in the development lifecycle.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, and local and test environments for faster delivery.
• Build reusable workflows and templates that empower product teams to self-serve.
• Improve observability, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, and production debugging tools.
• Contribute to AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform foundations behind the platform.
