Qualifications

• Strong Python expertise and reliable backend services.
• Backend development with ability to contribute to frontend when required.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
• Testing and application security fundamentals for production systems.
• Experience learning large codebases quickly and managing live infrastructure.
• Technical ownership from problem definition to deployment and maintenance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and decision making with incomplete information.
• Reliability and safe rollout practices to minimize disruption.
• Structured problem solving and scalable, reusable solutions.
• Collaborating with engineers, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain foundational platform capabilities including user management, workspaces, permissions, and resource access.
• Build and enhance API key management, login flows, analytics, admin tools, workspace security, and other customer-facing features.
• Deliver full-stack features from backend services and APIs to dashboards, settings pages, and user interfaces.
• Create scalable permission and resource services enabling teams to implement features securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, FDEs, and other engineering teams to translate feedback into practical improvements.
• Plan migrations with minimal disruption and assess dependencies and rollout risks.
• Maintain reliability and security as products scale, with robust production practices.
• Debug production systems using logs and customer reports, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Take ownership from concept to delivery, prioritizing needs and driving implementation and ongoing improvements.
• Contribute to engineering excellence by sharing knowledge and establishing reusable patterns.
