Job summary

Anotech in the Netherlands is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead the local sales presence and build a pipeline across Oil & Gas, Renewables, LNG, Petrochemicals, and Infrastructure.

You will own the full sales cycle for mega-projects above €500M, qualify opportunities, lead proposals, and manage P&L with a proactive, hunter mindset.

The role offers a fixed salary plus a bonus component, fast-track career growth, and a culture that combines autonomy with teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree from Engineering School/ Business School or equivalent Master’s degree.
• 3+ years in BD/sales in technical consulting or engineering services.
• Experience with mega-projects above €500M in Oil & Gas, Renewables, LNG or Infrastructure.
• Proven hunter mindset and ability to grow a client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline across target sectors with large-scale project opportunities.
• Lead proposals and bid/tender documentation for mega-projects.
• Own the P&L of your activity and drive profitability.
• Hunt for new business and open accounts with major industrial players in the Netherlands.
