This business is one of the most successful solar energy companies in the Netherlands; they have been involved in the development, sale, construction, operations and maintenance of large scale PV systems installed on rooftops and the ground for over ten years. They are searching for a Head of Project Manager due to the ongoing international growth of the business.

The role:

• Coach and manage teams, and grow team members to the next level.
• Increased professionalization of project and asset management.
• Optimize the process of handling projects and asset management contracts outside the Benelux.
• Ensure the attainment of sales and profit objectives;
• To be a senior (operational) point of contact for our clients.

The Requirements:

• At least an HBO functioning and thinking level with a technological background is required;
• Extensive expertise in a project-oriented setting, such as renewable energy, oil and gas, or infrastructure.
• Relevant expertise in operations and project management.
• Experience in process and change management;
• International experience is a significant benefit.
• Understanding of the Dutch and English languages, both vocally and in writing;
• VCA: Full or eager to achieve it.
