Vinted seeks a Senior Employer Branding Specialist based in Amsterdam to lead storytelling and branding for global and local markets. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, engineering, and data science to craft compelling campaigns across LinkedIn, blogs, and events, while ensuring consistent EVP messaging and a strong employer presence.

Qualificações

• Experience building and nurturing online and offline communities and delivering events and social media campaigns.
• Clear view of global vs local branding with experience across markets.
• Ability to identify new talent attraction channels, especially for engineering and data science.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with engineering and data science leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Be the guardian of Vinted’s employer brand across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Write clear, engaging copy for blogs, campaigns, assets, emails, events, and careers pages.
• Plan and run recruitment advertising such as LinkedIn campaigns and sponsorships.
• Define global vs local branding boundaries for each location.
• Shape content calendar around hiring needs and location strategy.
• Track results and share learnings with the Employer Branding team.
• Create bespoke or support partnership events such as meetups and webinars.
