Vinted Group in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic Employer Branding specialist to align our values and EVP with real work experiences. You’ll craft compelling stories that attract engineering and data science talent, based in Amsterdam with global reach.

You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, engineering, data science, Marketing, PR and Internal Comms to ensure our stories are told across platforms, events, and social channels.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Employer Branding
• Storytelling skills with campaigns or activations
• Experience building online/offline communities and events
• Strong understanding of global vs local branding
• Adept at identifying talent-attraction channels for engineering and data science
• Data-driven mindset to set goals and measure results
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsabilités

• Be the guardian of Vinted’s employer brand across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Differentiate between global and local branding to suit each location
• Write clear, engaging copy for blogs, campaigns, assets, emails, events and careers pages
• Create bespoke or supporting partnerships events (meetups, webinars, networking)
• Plan and run recruitment advertising on LinkedIn and third-party outlets
• Define how global branding ends and local adaptation begins for each location
• Shape the content calendar around hiring needs and location strategy
• Track performance and share learnings with the Employer Branding team
