OKTOBER in the Netherlands is seeking an entry-level Email Retention Associate to help convert one-time buyers into loyal customers. You will own copywriting for several pod accounts under the guidance of a Senior Retention Manager and gain real ownership from day one.

Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one-time buyers into loyal customers and we're building the next generation of retention experts from the ground up. This is your way in. This is an entry-level role into email retention - steep learning curve, real ownership from day one, and a clear runway into owning your own client strategy as a more senior Retention Manager down the line.

What you'll do:

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

• Solid experience with Dutch copywriting in an agency environment: you know how to write copy that gets a response
• Agency experience
• First experience with project management: you can keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized without things slipping
• Reliability: you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chased
• You're early in your career and want to learn from people actually doing the work, not a Udemy course
