Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC ecosystem, including site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners.

You will work 100% remotely with a lean, senior team and report on CRO KPIs weekly, driving measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor across both brands.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proven data-backed results lifting CVR, AOV or RPV.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly.
• Report CRO KPIs and lead weekly CRO meetings.
