Job summary

Coty is seeking a Senior Manager, E-commerce Performance & Analytics Europe in Amsterdam. You will own the European e-commerce performance framework, deliver clear commercial insights, and partner with leadership to drive growth across Amazon, pure players, Retail Media and Digital Shelf.

You will combine commercial understanding with analytical depth, challenging performance, forecasting outcomes and shaping scalable data products while influencing across countries and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in E-commerce Analytics or comparable business analytics.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce models and levers.
• Ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
• Advanced Excel with scenario analysis and models.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data storytelling for executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and countries.

Responsibilities

• Own the European e-commerce performance framework and scorecards.
• Partner with E-commerce leadership to challenge performance and translate insights.
• Develop market intelligence to track share benefits and risks.
• Build forward-looking analytics, forecasting and opportunity sizing.
• Strengthen Retail Media and Digital Shelf measurement and connect to profitability.
• Create scalable dashboards and data products for recurring needs.
• Shape the e-commerce analytics roadmap with leadership.
