Job summary

Publicis Groupe NL in Amsterdam seeks a Global Senior Account Manager for Coty’s European regional account, coordinating two digital planners and local markets. You’ll translate briefs into actionable recommendations and manage delivery end-to-end, reporting to the Coty Global Client Lead.

You will spearhead cross-market collaboration, leverage digital platforms, and guide teams through complex campaigns while integrating AI tools for efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communication; distil briefs, clarify objectives and turn conversations into decisions and actions.
• Connect digital planners, execution teams and local markets around one integrated response with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Make complexity clear by adapting communication across languages and cultures and ensuring understanding of who does what and by when.
• Apply digital expertise in platforms, tracking and optimisation; coordinate test-and-learn plans and present results to clients.
• Use AI to improve daily work, synthesis briefs, summaries and reporting while protecting confidentiality.
• Keep delivery on track by coordinating approvals, assets and local requirements; oversee budgets, reporting and billing.
• Own day-to-day delivery independently and escalate major decisions when needed.
