Job summary

VAN CLEEF & ARPELS is seeking a V.I.E. Online Retail Performance Project Manager for its Europe region, based in Amsterdam.

You will support performance tracking and reporting across Web and CRC channels, collaborating with markets, Finance and cross-functional teams, to assist with planning, forecasting and budgeting. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, Power BI knowledge, and English fluency, with a preference for prior experience in Luxury, Retail, Finance or Consulting.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and financial skills, able to translate data into insights.
Rigorous, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Fluency in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain regional performance dashboards across markets.
Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly Online Retail performance for Web & CRC.
Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with CRC Managers on operational KPIs and contribute to monthly reviews.
Consolidate market forecasts into a regional view and monitor against budget.
Act as a point of contact between markets and Finance on Online Retail performance topics.
Improve reporting tools and dashboards; analyze benchmarks to identify best practices.
