Job summary

Coty is seeking a Senior Manager, E-commerce Performance & Analytics Europe, based in Amsterdam. You will lead analytics for Europe’s e-commerce channel, translating data into actionable commercial insights and guiding growth opportunities across markets.

Responsibilities include owning performance frameworks, forecasting, scenario modelling and strengthening measurement of Retail Media and Digital Shelf, with extensive stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in E-commerce Analytics or related analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce performance drivers and decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate insights into commercial actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the European E-commerce performance framework and scorecards.
• Partner with E-commerce leadership to challenge performance and recommend actions.
• Develop forecasting, scenario modelling and opportunity sizing.
• Strengthen Retail Media and Digital Shelf measurement linking to profitability.
• Shape the analytics roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
