ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation in the Netherlands. You will drive enterprise pipeline and grow the brand among technical buyers, creating programs that set benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.

As the first marketer in the Netherlands, you’ll shape how Dutch businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The role focuses on repeatable marketing engines that position ElevenLabs as the top choice for voice AI in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Deep knowledge of the Dutch market and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to work with minimal process and move quickly as first marketer in the market.
• Relentless commitment to excellence—high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curious about AI and trends in the technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Dutch priority industries.
• Localize programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Dutch market and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results and optimize.
