Nexcess is seeking a Senior Director of Implementations to own the end-to-end post-sale journey, including migrations, and to dismantle the fragmented structure into a single scalable organization across three business units.

The role requires building a standard methodology, establishing reliable measurement, and selecting tooling to scale delivery while balancing human-led and self-service models to maximize value for customers.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience building, scaling, or transforming a professional services or migration organization.
• Experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or related tech environments.
• Proven track record leading implementation for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full post-sale journey from signed deal through go-live, including migrations.
• Rebuild teams into a single organization serving three business units.
• Define a shared implementation methodology and a set of quality expectations across the org.
