Zusammenfassung

Nexcess is building a unified implementation organization to own the customer journey from signed deal through go-live across three business units. The Senior Director of Implementations will dismantle the fragmented model and rebuild it as a single, scalable organization supporting post-sale migrations and a professional services revenue foundation.

The role requires executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to establish standards, tooling, and metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building or scaling a professional services, implementation, or migration organization.
• Experience in hosting, cloud infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or similar technology environments.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services.

Aufgaben

• Own the full post-sale journey from signed deal through successful customer go-live, including migrations.
• Rebuild the implementation and migration teams into a single organization serving all three business units.
• Establish one shared implementation methodology, operating standard, and set of quality expectations across the organization.
• Assess current team structure and redesign roles, staffing, and reporting lines.
• Build hiring, leveling, and career development strategy for the implementation organization.
• Establish reliable measurement and reporting for implementation performance.
• Define KPIs including time-to-value, migration success rate, and first-90-day churn.
• Define and manage the tooling stack for scale (PSA, project management, ticketing).
• Balance human-led vs self-service based on economics, complexity, and outcomes.
• Develop standardized processes for scoping, kickoff, implementation, migration, escalation, and go-live.
• Design a fast, customer-friendly sign-off for complex deals.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, CS, and Support.
• Drive automation and product-led improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Engage with Engineering and other functions to deliver capabilities.
