Job summary

LYNX is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to guide our change programs and manage cross-functional projects aligned with strategic objectives. This role influences the direction of our organization and enhances our agile product management and development processes.

You'll coordinate across Operations, Tech and Privacy, prioritize work, manage stakeholders, and drive program governance with clear decisions and mitigations, while embedding lean, customer-centric practices into

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agile project management and/or implementation.
• Experience delivering large cross-team projects or programs (e.g., product rollouts to new countries).
• Comfortable presenting to executives and working with business teams and engineers.
• Experience with OKRs and user story mapping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide change programs and manage projects to meet objectives across the organization.
• Prioritize projects within programs, manage stakeholders and track external commitments.
• Organize and run high-level program status meetings and document decisions.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate mitigations to affected teams.
• Contribute to the overall agile project management structure and collaborate across teams.
