Job summary

SMA Nederland BV is seeking a Senior Solution Manager Digital Services to own and shape the digital service portfolio, ensuring customer value, adoption, compliance, and profitability through clear positioning, pricing, and execution.

The role oversees lifecycle governance, service strategy, monetization, and market insights, with a hybrid work setup in Amersfoort. A strong background in product/solution management and monetization design is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product/solution management in digital services or related fields.
• Experience designing monetization models (subscriptions, bundles, upsell) and implementing them in marketing, billing, CRM/ERP.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills to translate insights into value propositions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for assigned digital services across the lifecycle (launch, growth, operations, scaling, deprecation).
• Define and steer digital service strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with segment and solution strategy.
• Set and manage the performance system for services (KPIs, targets, dashboards) covering adoption, usage, conversion, upsell, retention/churn, costs, profitability.
• Define customer journeys, price points, and monetization models (subscription/feature bundles, attach/upsell).
• Prepare and maintain business cases and profitability analyses for new services and major enhancements, recommended investments based on P&L impact.
