Job summary

Syntegon Packaging Solutions B.V., based in Weert, Netherlands, is seeking a senior professional to own the service portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for the FDV business unit. You will analyze installed base data, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with after-sales, sales, R&D and marketing to execute launches and campaigns.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product or service portfolio management in industrial equipment, with strong English communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in product/portfolio management or related role in industrial equipment.
• Experience translating customer needs into products or services.
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Installed Base Analytics & Business Insights: analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Service Strategy Facilitation: support service strategy process and align with market needs.
• Portfolio Ownership & Lifecycle Management: own service portfolio from concept to retirement.
• Service Product, Solution & Campaign Launches: lead development and go‑to‑market launches.
• Voice of Customer: translate customer feedback into portfolio improvements.
• R&D Roadmap Input: define requirements for the R&D roadmap.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights: monitor market and competitor activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with after‑sales, sales, R&D, marketing.
• Marketing & Commercial Enablement: support portfolio visibility and campaigns.
• Portfolio Performance Management: track adoption and profitability.
