Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist (Dutch or Danish speaker) for a hybrid role across Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Copenhagen. You will shape multi-year digital strategies and translate business ambitions into bold, actionable roadmaps guiding cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead workshops, own the strategic narrative, and partner with creatives and developers to drive meaningful client impact. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing Growth Invention

Qualifications

• Agency or consultancy experience and you’re ready to lead from the middle.
• Comfortable owning client relationships and guiding multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Know how to simplify the complex and communicate your thinking with confidence.
• Strong grasp of digital: from platforms and products to brand experience and emerging tech.
• Can easily switch between high-level thinking and pragmatic execution.
• Have strong analytical skills, combined with a drive for creativity and innovation.
• Are collaborative, adaptable, and bring creative energy to every challenge.
• Have working proficiency in English as well as Dutch or Danish language
