Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth deployment and integration within existing IT infrastructure.
• Provide leadership and foster continuous improvement within the team.
• Organize end-user training with Business Representatives support.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for operation of digital solutions.
• Monitor user adoption and value, implementing improvements as needed.
• Manage contracts with digital solution suppliers and plan maintenance evolution.

Purpose

• As a Digital Solution Lead, you oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to drive business innovation and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams in creating cutting-edge digital products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Evaluate and integrate new technologies, manage project timelines and budgets, and provide strategic direction to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with IT Solutions Architects and Project Managers to understand functional and technical requirements for digital solutions.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation for digital solutions, including user manuals and technical specifications.
• Ensure the smooth implementation, deployment and integration of digital solutions within the existing IT infrastructure.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, collect and share lessons learnt and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Organize training and support to end-users on the use of digital solutions with the support of the Business Rep.
• As Solution Owner, Manage and troubleshoot issues related to digital solutions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations or provide the right documentation to support the end-user on how to fix this issue.
• As Solution Owner, coordinate with other IT teams and external vendors to ensure the successful operation of digital solutions.
• As Solution Owner, monitor user adoption, value created and performance of digital solutions and implement necessary improvements.
• As Solution owner, manage contract with digital solution suppliers and plan for solution maintenance, versioning and evolution

Education

• A Master's degree in Science or Business Administration is mandatory.

Experience

• Strong business background to understand business needs â min. 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas.Functional knowledge of the Digital Solution and IT software development. Comfortable with negotiation and commercial set-up. Passionate about technology and digital. Knowledge in Scrum Agile methodologies a plus
