Job summary

Apadmi in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to own complex digital product deliveries from discovery through launch and live operation. You will lead cross-functional squads, balancing client outcomes with commercial performance and delivery excellence across multiple digital products.

You will establish comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and forecasting, and build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering complex digital products.
Experience leading delivery governance across multiple workstreams.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and commercial outcomes.
Strong Agile delivery expertise and hybrid/mixed delivery models.

Responsibilities

Lead complex digital product and mobile platform deliveries from discovery through launch and live operation.
Own project plans balancing scope, timelines, budgets and client outcomes.
Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and act as primary delivery partner.
Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
Maintain delivery governance across risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads and Product teams on plans.
Champion adoption of AI and modern delivery tools to improve planning and reporting.
Coach and mentor junior Project Managers across the Delivery practice.
