Booking.com is seeking a Digital Partner Content specialist in Amsterdam to shape self‑service help content and AI‑driven support experiences for our global accommodation partners.

You will lead data-informed content planning, collaborate with Platform Experience, Content Experience, and marketing tech teams, and drive continuous improvements in partner self-service, findability, and task completion through measured experiments and targeted campaigns.

Competenze

• Experience in digital self-service, content strategy, or marketing technology in a multinational.
• Strong understanding of how digital content drives action, findability, and task completion.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs in content or support contexts.
• Ability to derive insights from analytics tools and translate into briefs or content briefs.

• Analyze data to derive insights for improving digital support touchpoints.
• Provide strategic content direction and briefs to writers and managers.
• Collaborate on AI knowledge inputs and improve virtual assistant responses.
