Job summary

Just Eat in Amsterdam is seeking a Director of Digital Expansion (Partner Growth) to lead the Partner Growth Center, driving AI-first growth, automation, self-service and CRM journeys for partners globally. You will oversee omnichannel, agent operations and digital growth, building next-best-action models and health scoring, ensuring high-quality AI agents and governance.

You will mentor managers and partner with Product & Tech to align roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and running digital channels at scale, with AI-driven and self-service elements.
• Experience leading AI-enabled agentic systems with governance and human oversight.
• Skilled in designing data-driven models for growth, health scoring, and automated actions.
• Background in partner or customer success, growth analytics, and advisory at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to manage managers and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong influencing skills and executive presence with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee omnichannel infrastructure design and end-to-end processes with AI integration across Partner Hub, sales, and CRM.
• Set direction for partner growth at scale; drive self-service adoption and best practices for SMB and strategic accounts.
• Build and scale the Partner Growth Engine with next-best-action algorithms and health models.
• Oversee agentic operations; monitor agent performance, retrain, and route cases as needed.
• Lead and develop a team of managers across Omnichannel, Agent Operations and Digital Growth; manage budget and resources.
