Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Staff Product Manager for hotel onboarding and connectivity in the Netherlands. You will own end-to-end onboarding journeys, drive integrations with partners, and lead a small squad of engineers and a designer to accelerate bookable rooms.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, fast decision-making, and collaboration with Operations, Growth, and Marketing to remove bottlenecks and expand the hotel distribution network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a product area across engineering, design, Growth, and Marketing.
• Experience scaling partner onboarding and integrations.
• Strong product strategy and roadmap management with measurable outcomes.
• Commercial product judgment including pricing, packaging, monetization, or revenue-related considerations.
• Data-driven with the ability to define success metrics and prioritize accordingly.
• Experience using AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for hotel onboarding and connectivity.
• Drive the primary metric: increasing bookable rooms per day while maintaining quality.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of ~5 engineers and 1 designer.
• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, and Marketing to streamline onboarding and activation.
• Apply AI-powered tools to accelerate product development and automate workflows.
• Monitor performance and refine priorities based on data and insights.
