Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise-wide compute devices and OS deployments on-site. You will troubleshoot network and directory services, manage endpoints with JAMF Pro, Intune, and MECM, and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure security, availability, and efficient end-user computing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in desktop systems administration in a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, JAMF Certified Administrator, or Cisco CCNA Collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals) in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure technologies including WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, and support operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
• Validate and troubleshoot GPO RSOP and JAMF configuration profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user account lifecycle and directory maintenance (Active Directory).
• Support Microsoft productivity suite: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, Office apps.
• Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices using MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing solutions and conference room control systems (Cisco experience is a plus).
• Manage enterprise network printing, scanning-to-email, and finishing operations.
• Participate in IT security incident response and patch management.
• Plan and execute relocations and site migrations.
• Collaborate with IT security to enforce endpoint compliance and hardening.
• Contribute to EUC, automation, and service delivery improvements.
