Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure on-site. You will manage client compute devices, operating systems, and mobile platforms across a large organization.

The role requires 4+ years in desktop administration, strong AD, JAMF, SCCM/Intune experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site location in Hoofddorp, NL, with core hours and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration experience in a large enterprise.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be proactive.
• Experience packaging and deploying apps across Windows, macOS, Linux (SCCM/Intune/JAMF).
• Familiarity with ITAM tools and inventory practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Modern Desktop Administrator, JAMF, CCNA Collaboration).
• Hands-on experience with Intune, MECM, or JAMF Pro for endpoint lifecycle management.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and peripherals in a large enterprise.
• Troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configurations on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and AD directory maintenance.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM (iOS/Android).
• Support videoconferencing systems and Cisco-based room solutions.
• Manage network printing, scanning-to-email, and finishing units.
• Participate in IT security incident response and incident management.
• Plan and execute relocations and site moves.
• Collaborate on EUC improvements, automation, and service delivery.
