Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure across on-site locations. You will manage client devices, operating systems, and mobility platforms, deploying Windows, macOS, and Linux environments and working with AD, GPO, JAMF Pro, Intune, MECM, and SCCM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision — self-motivated and proactive.
• Experience with packaging and deployment across Windows, macOS, and Linux using SCCM/Intune/MECM/JAMF.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices across a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
• Validate GPO RSOP and JAMF configs on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and directory maintenance in Active Directory.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook).
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions (iOS and Android).
• Support videoconferencing solutions and Cisco-based conference rooms.
