Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to manage enterprise client devices and OS deployments on-site in a large corporate environment. You will handle Windows, macOS, and Linux, AD/GPO, and MDM/EUC initiatives, with a focus on reliability and security.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, automation scripting, and collaboration with IT security and cross-functional teams to maintain endpoint compliance and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented with minimal supervision.
• Experience packaging/deploying apps across Windows/macOS/Linux (SCCM/Intune/JAMF).
• Familiar with ITAM tools and standard inventory practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified, or CCNA Collaboration are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, MECM, or JAMF Pro for endpoint lifecycle.
• Scripting in PowerShell/Bash/Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and accessories across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL).
• Validate GPO RSoP and JAMF configuration profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts lifecycle in Active Directory and directory maintenance.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook.
• Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions (iOS/Android).
• Support videoconferencing and Cisco collaboration systems; manage printing infra.
• Participate in IT security incident response and EUC optimization initiatives.
