Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our Netherlands team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering vacancies, from initial client brief and sourcing strategy through to candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding.

You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, build strong talent pipelines, and help delivery against complex hiring plans across the region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven recruitment experience at Delivery Consultant or similar.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle recruitment.

Senior Delivery Consultant – Netherlands

We are looking to strengthen our European team with the addition of a Senior Delivery Consultant based in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering-focused vacancies, from initial client brief and sourcing strategy through to candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, build strong talent pipelines, and help deliver against complex hiring plans across the region.

Key duties:

• Develop a detailed understanding of the client’s business, solutions, culture, and the specialist skill sets required.
• Partner with account leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, priorities, and delivery timescales.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role qualification and sourcing strategy through to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Act as a customer-facing recruitment partner, providing clear communication, market insight, and a consistently high level of service.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through direct search, networking, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the Netherlands and wider European market.
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and competency-based interviews to assess technical capability, motivation, cultural alignment, and suitability.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
• Support offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activity on behalf of the client.
• Provide accurate recruitment reporting, talent-pool summaries, market intelligence, and progress updates to key stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and accurate candidate and vacancy records within the ATS.

Experience required:

• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders in both languages.
• Proven recruitment experience at Delivery Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition, or a similar level.
• Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial vacancy briefing and sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Demonstrable success delivering against multiple vacancies, hiring plans, and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills, including the ability to identify, approach, engage, and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
• Experience conducting structured screening calls and competency-based interviews.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge, advise, and build credibility with hiring managers and account leadership.
• A commercial, consultative, and solutions-focused approach to recruitment delivery.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking recruitment activity, analysing trends, and providing clear progress reports.
• Confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology.
• Knowledge of engineering, automation, infrastructure, construction, or another technical recruitment market would be beneficial.
• Existing knowledge of the Netherlands talent market and employment landscape would be advantageous.
