TXM Recruit is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our Netherlands team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering vacancies, from initial client brief and sourcing strategy through to candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding.

You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, build strong talent pipelines, and help delivery against complex hiring plans across the region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven recruitment experience at Delivery Consultant or similar.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle recruitment.
• Strong direct-sourcing skills and stakeholder handling.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment tech.

Responsabilités

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles.
• Develop client briefs and sourcing strategies.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding.
• Provide reporting and market insight.
• Build talent pipelines across the Netherlands and Europe.
