Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Data & AI Analyst to join the Data & Analytics Team, focusing primarily on Central Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark). The role supports asset performance by delivering data-driven insights, building KPIs, and generating reports that inform NOI and customer satisfaction strategies.

You will work closely with CE Operational and Asset Management teams, gather market data, and drive adoption of AI tools to enhance analytics across multi-language,

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service and Workspaces.
• Technical experience with Power BI composite and multi‑dimensional models, and row‑level security, is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Effective at using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in analytics work.
• Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to prepare and explain data and analytics for team members.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Data & Analytics team by developing consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Supports the Central Europe Operational Management Team across a range of financial and data analysis activities.
• Supports the delivery of the Data & Analytics team’s reporting requirements to meet internal routines and external needs.
• Runs the leasing reporting process to track and analyze leasing and occupancy performance and trends.
• Fields questions and requests, gathering data and reports, and helping to resolve issues relating to policies and performance.
• Acts as SME for AI within the region, driving adoption of AI tools and products.
• Works with Digital/Performance and other teams to track KPIs and connect insights to execution.
• Gathers and analyzes financial, market and other data to assess portfolio performance against budgets and targets.
• Participates in projects to implement process improvements and new applications.
• Collaborates with IT to ensure smooth data provisioning.
