Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Data & AI Analyst to join the Data & Analytics Team focusing on Central Europe, initially covering Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Denmark. The role supports asset performance by generating and analyzing reports on property management performance to help achieve NOI targets and operational excellence.

The role gathers market, client and portfolio data to provide management with insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in a data/analytics team.
Experience with data lakes and data warehouses.
Able to work with large data sets and segment data.
Experience in gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Experience in testing and data quality practices.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for relevant stakeholders.
Support the CE Operational Management across financial and data analysis activities.
Deliver Data & Analytics reporting to meet weekly routines and external needs (investors, clients).
Gather data and reports, support operational policies and performance.
Act as SME for AI within the region, promoting AI tools and products (Claude).
Collaborate with Digital/Performance, Asset Marketing and Brand/Insights to track KPIs and provide regular reporting.
Prepare summaries, reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
Participate in projects to implement process improvements and new applications.
