You will be responsible for marketing activity across a portfolio of residential locations in the Netherlands. Your focus will be on brand awareness, lead generation, occupancy, resident experience, reputation, and return on marketing investment. You will work on the full resident journey: from attracting new residents and improving conversion, to strengthening engagement, loyalty and community feeling once people live with us. You will use data and feedback to understand what works, optimise where needed and share clear insights with stakeholders. This is a hands- on role with real ownership. One day you may be shaping a leasing campaign, the next you may be reviewing performance, briefing an agency, improving a website journey or advising an asset team on the best marketing approach. In short, you will help make marketing more commercial, more measurable and more connected to the performance of our assets.
Key Role Responsibilities: You will develop and deliver marketing plans for our Dutch brands and locations, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You will manage marketing budgets, coordinate agencies, monitor performance and turn insights into practical improvements. Your work will cover campaigns, digital channels, content, websites, CRM, social media, events, resident communications, reviews and reporting. The role suits someone who can move easily between strategy and execution and who enjoys making things happen. Translate commercial and asset goals into clear marketing actions. Use data, customer insight, and performance results to improve campaigns and the resident journey. Build strong relationships with Operations, Leasing, Asset Management, agencies and the wider Marketing team. Protect and grow our brands while keeping the resident experience at the centre of everything we do.
You are curious, proactive and commercially minded. You like structure, but you are also flexible enough to thrive in a fast-moving environment. You are confident working with data, but you also understand that great marketing needs creativity, empathy and a strong sense of what customers need. You have experience in marketing and are comfortable managing projects, stakeholders and external partners. You communicate clearly, care about detail and enjoy taking responsibility for results. English is the primary business language at Greystar, so strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must. Native-level or fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken, would be a significant advantage. Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, retail, leisure or another customer-focused environment would be a plus.
Greystar will never request your banking details or other sensitive personal information during the interview process. Greystar does not conduct any interviews via text or messaging, and all communication will come from official Greystar email addresses (@greystar.com). If you receive suspicious requests, please report them immediately to AskHR@greystar.com.
