Job summary

GRESB is building a new Client & Data Intelligence organization in Amsterdam to showcase the value of its data to investors and develop new use cases. You will be the strategist and operator at the center of a growing team, ensuring decisions move forward, teams stay connected and priority work is completed.

You’ll span sales enablement, product and data operations, managing several projects simultaneously and influencing how the new organization operates.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to shape a problem, build business cases and drive decisions end-to-end.
• Experience working across sales, product and data functions in a fast-growing organization.
• Strong analytics mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s highest-priority initiatives end to end (pricing, investor program, market entry, data strategy).
• Frame problems, build analyses, align stakeholders and drive decisions to implementation.
• Provide concrete recommendations rather than options and maintain clear decision logs.
