Greystar is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics professional in Amsterdam to develop robust KPIs, models, and reporting solutions. You will support the Central Europe Operational Management Team with financial and data analysis, and drive adoption of AI tools to enhance analytical efficiency.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, work with stakeholders across levels, and help deliver consistent, high-quality data insights across a complex, multi-currency business.

Formación

• Experience in data & analytics with Power BI, SQL and Python.
• Comfortable with data lakes, warehouses and large datasets.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consistent KPIs and reports for stakeholders.
• Support Central Europe Operational Management with financial/data analysis.
• Deliver weekly and investor/client reporting; analyze leasing/occupancy trends.
• Collaborate with IT/Systems and other teams to ensure data quality.
