Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an Investment Analyst in Amsterdam to build financial models, evaluate acquisitions, and provide market insights across Europe. You will report to senior leadership and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment backed by top institutional investors.

You will analyze deals from pitch to close, support asset management, and prepare investor materials while collaborating with legal, tax, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics or business with strong academic results.
• 2–3 years in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Advanced financial modelling in Excel and solid knowledge of real estate metrics and deal structures.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willing to be based in Amsterdam and able to travel; eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Build and update financial models (acquisition, development and operations) to evaluate cash flow, IRR and risks.
• Track real estate and hospitality market trends for insights.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, commercial and technical teams.
• Draft investment memos and decks for IC and senior leadership.
• Support deal execution from screening through structuring and closing.
• Assist with asset management, property valuations and investor materials.
• Collaborate across development, finance and operations; manage external partners.
