Sotalent is seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead – Customer Intelligence to steer a high-performing analytics group. You will shape experimentation strategy, mentor talent, and convert complex customer data into actionable insights that spur growth across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Data teams to deliver measurable outcomes and advance AI-driven analytics practices in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience leading analytics, customer intelligence, or experimentation teams.
• Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, causal inference, and incrementality modelling.
• Experience analysing promotions, pricing, or lifecycle strategies in ecommerce/marketplaces.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with ROI focus.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling.
• Ability to lead multiple strategic projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Intelligence and Experimentation team.
• Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture focused on optimisation and measurable impact.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for customer value, promotions, and experimentation.
• Design and evolve experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement.
• Analyse customer behaviour, promotional effectiveness, and commercial performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
