Job summary

AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition for our B2C and B2B offerings. You will own and execute growth initiatives, optimize paid media, CRO, and email programs, and uncover new channels driven by AI and LLM insights.

You’ll partner with the Head of Growth Marketing and VP of Marketing, translating data into scalable campaigns and revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing with success across B2C and B2B SaaS or e-learning.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition with €100k+ monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Full-funnel marketing knowledge including paid, CRO, landing pages, email, CAC/LTV.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM including segmentation and automation.
• Experience identifying, testing and scaling new acquisition channels.
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT and Claude) for data analysis and workflow acceleration.
• Understanding AI/LLMs impact on customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer acquisition for B2C and B2B.
• Lead and execute growth experiments and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Performance, CRO, Email, BizOps).
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve campaigns.
• Test new channels and optimize landing pages and funnels.
• Own campaigns end-to-end from idea to measurable results.
