Job summary

Xccelerated | Part of Xebia is seeking a seasoned Product Analytics/Data Science professional to turn user behavior into actionable product decisions. This role sits inside multidisciplinary product teams collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers.

You will lead descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics, design and interpret A/B tests, build dashboards, and drive data-driven experimentation across ecommerce. Strong SQL and Python or R are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary product teams in a digital environment (e-commerce a plus).
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and statistical/causal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Uncover user insights through descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
• Identify trends and turn them into reports and dashboards.
• Apply advanced analytics to improve predictive capability and segmentation.
• Lead A/B testing and experiments and perform deep-dive analyses.
• Define tagging plans and measure impact of site, campaigns and user behavior.
