Job summary

Websoft Europe in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef for a high-level hospitality venue in Vught. This full-time, long-term role demands expertise in à la carte cuisine, hotels, banqueting and events, with a fast-paced kitchen and strong teamwork.

You will support lunch and dinner service, manage stock, ensure food safety, and contribute to seasonal menu development. Immediate start offered with accommodation options and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Experience in hotels and banqueting/event venues.
• Strong experience in high-level à la carte cooking.
• English level at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality à la carte dishes.
• Contribute to development of seasonal menus.
• Maintain quality, presentation and timing.
• Support and oversee large banqueting and event operations.
• Manage stock including receiving goods, calculations and ordering.
• Maintain HACCP and safety procedures.
