Job summary

Websoft Europe is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a hotel in the Utrecht area of the Netherlands. This is a full-time, long-term role for a professional cook who can work independently and supervise their own section within an international kitchen team.

Your duties include preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining quality and presentation, and ensuring safe, clean workspaces. The position requires EU citizenship and English proficiency, with immediate start preferable.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Good level of English.
• EU Citizenship / EU Right To Work – REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes independently.
• Taking responsibility for your own section and ensuring smooth service.
• Preparing ingredients and dishes before service starts.
• Working according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation.
• Keeping your workplace, equipment and kitchen area clean, safe and organised.
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent culinary experience for guests.
• Contributing ideas for improvements, new dishes and menu development.
