Job summary

NH Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie for our kitchens in The Netherlands. You will plan, prepare and cook buffets and à la carte menus, guiding guests at the buffet and in the restaurant while upholding quality and consistency.

You bring a diploma in Food Production (MBO 3/4) or proven equivalent, experience in a 5-star property or fine dining, and strong English communication. We offer training, growth opportunities, yearly end bonuses, employee rates and generous discounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Production (MBO 3/4) or proven equivalent.
• Experience in a 5-star property or fine dining preferred.
• Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook buffets and à la carte menus.
• Oversee an assigned kitchen station to ensure recipe and product quality.
• Advise guests at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurant.
• Propose improvements and contribute to dish development.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
