Job summary

Medtronic seeks a highly analytical Business Performance Analyst to join the Total Performance Management (TPM) team within EMEA Service & Repair. You will develop performance frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven insights to influence strategic priorities and operational excellence across the region.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive standardized KPI definitions, and support forecasting, AI-enabled analytics, and proactive decision-making in a complex, global healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, engineering, data science, supply chain, operations management or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business analytics, operational excellence, or similar analytical roles.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready storytelling.
• Strong data visualization and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with EMEA strategic objectives.
• Establish a single source of truth through standardized KPIs and data governance.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights for business reviews and leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate insights into measurable business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Automate reporting and analytics using Power BI and Microsoft technologies.
