We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst - Service & Repair EMEA to join our team in the Netherlands. Engaged with a strategic mindset, this position will play a critical role in supporting financial analysis and reporting, leadership decision support, and cross-functional partnership. This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager S&R in EMEA and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping strategy, and partnering closely with senior leaders to influence meaningful business outcomes.
In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a trusted finance partner to Service & Repair leadership, providing data driven insights that support growth, efficiency, and long term value creation across the EMEA region. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results, support margin optimization, and help drive Medtronic's digital finance agenda within the Service and Repair organization.
You’ll work closely with financial and operational leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that help the business perform at its best.
Experience with project management methodologies, knowledge of GAAP and Medtronic accounting policies, background in business performance analysis or commercial finance. ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement, comfort working in ambiguous, matrixed environments and strong storytelling skills through impactful reports and financial insights are considered advantages for this role.
