Job summary

Dyson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join its Global IT team in the Netherlands. You will drive analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement across CRM and eCommerce platforms to enable successful delivery.

The role emphasises collaboration, process improvement and hands-on support through project lifecycles. The ideal candidate has strong BA experience in commerce or CRM, familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AEM or SAP Hybris, and solid

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or CRM domains.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AEM or SAP Hybris is a plus.
Experience executing methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes and document requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs.
Create process maps and business models to improve clarity and efficiency.
Support project lifecycle with development, testing and change activities.
