EPAM Systems in Belgium is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive eCommerce transformation within a global B2B environment. You will lead a team of analysts, shape BA processes, and ensure delivery excellence in a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, customers and engineering teams, guiding requirements, and promoting AI-driven process optimization while aligning with sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of analysts in B2B/eCommerce.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in sales and marketing domains with eCommerce exposure.
• Understanding of legacy modernization and two-speed IT concepts.

Responsabilités

• Co-lead and develop a team of business analysts to set direction and standards.
• Build and continuously improve analysis processes across the organization.
• Serve as primary liaison between business, customers, and engineering teams.
• Facilitate discussions and align conflicting viewpoints with senior stakeholders.
• Own customer communication and ensure business needs are understood.
• Conduct business analysis in sales and marketing with eCommerce background.
• Document processes and define requirements.
• Perform problem definition and root-cause analysis.
• Identify improvements and drive to completion.
