Job summary

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking a Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology to drive digital transformation. You will translate requirements into actionable solutions and support sustainable outcomes with strong stakeholder collaboration.

You’ll gather and refine business needs, create user stories and functional designs, and help shape process improvements across client initiatives. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with 2–5 years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of process modelling, workflow design, or BPM/UML.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, users, and development teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and information needs.
• Gather and translate requirements into user stories and functional designs.
• Work with stakeholders to define goals, priorities, and solutions.
• Support process improvements and digital solution implementation.
