Job summary

Fugro-Geoteam AS in the Netherlands seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst - CRM to shape the global CRM landscape and revenue operations. You will translate business needs into a global D365 CE blueprint and manage a multi-region rollout with a clear execution roadmap.

Based in Nootdorp, you will lead change management, stakeholder alignment and production of BRDs, KPI framework and test cases, while enabling local configurations only where justified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience including CRM transformation and multi-region D365 implementation across multiple units.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse modelling and global-template design in multi-region context; experience with revenue lifecycle and order-to-cash analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, training and adoption; mentor BA team and advise senior stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders and align regions around a harmonised global direction.
• Own current-state analysis and requirements gathering for end-to-end revenue lifecycles and CRM-vs-ERP ownership.
• Validate KPI framework and assess forecasting methods and accuracy across regions.
• Deliver BRDs, fit/gap analyses, user stories and test cases; produce solution blueprint.
• Translate blueprint into build-ready functional specs and user stories for global D365 CE/Dataverse.
• Maintain global CRM template and data model; manage regional variations to minimize customization.
• Specify integrations to regional ERP/finance systems; address multi-currency and multi-language requirements.
• Plan phased rollout including data migration, integration, testing/UAT and deployment.
